CORPORATE BACKGROUND

My early career spanned the fields of education, travel, and human resources (manufacturing and banking industries).

Later, in business for myself as a coach, consultant and mentor, I ran my own training and consulting firm. 

For over 20 years I worked with companies that design, engineer and manufacture on a global scale. (Mainly Tier I and Tier II automotive parts, capital equipment, electronics, industrial automation and other high technology firms).

(Colleagues rolled their eyes, but I particularly enjoyed the high stress, high strung, high testosterone work environments!)

I designed an in-depth strategic sales program to align their technical and engineering teams with their business development efforts in order to secure more long-term 7- and 8-figure contracts through deeper customer engagement.

At the request of Siemens Motor Division in Germany to develop a program on doing business in China, Japan and South Korea, I researched and authored an award-winning book on Asia Pacific business cultures.

My work evolved to consulting exclusively with senior executive teams of Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 firms such as Magna International, Continental, and Motorola (Enterprise and Government) Solutions to secure and rescue multimillion dollar contracts.

When the worldwide financial crisis of 2008 triggered cancellation of one contract after another, I decided to turn to my first love, energy psychology. Why wait until retirement to do the work I was meant to do? I became certified in methods that eliminate stress and anxiety from people’s lives.
