It was not for lack of effort or commitment that these approaches failed to resolve the issue. Insights alone do not resolve problems.

We resolve the problem at its root cause rather than dancing around it. The process goes deep without being painful.

When we work together, I am completely present. I say what needs to be said, without judgment. We do not circle around the issue. We deal with it directly.
